In Malates, our outdoor pool is a space designed to enjoy the environment with calm, sun and tranquility.
It is available during the good weather season, usually from May to October, although its opening and maintenance always depend on the weather conditions, as we want to guarantee a safe and pleasant experience.
Before your stay, you can ask us if the pool will be in operation on your dates. We will be happy to confirm it for you.
ℹ To ensure a restful and peaceful experience in all our areas, our space is designed exclusively for our human guests, and we do not provide services for four-legged companions.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
Changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price.
At check-in, a pre-authorization will be requested on your credit or debit card. If you have not prepaid your stay, a pre-authorization will be made for the amount equivalent to the cost of the room, taxes, and additional charges for the duration of your stay (up to a maximum of 7 nights). If you have prepaid your stay, a pre-authorization will be made for an amount to cover possible extras. If your stay exceeds 7 nights, an additional authorization may be requested for the total amount of your stay (room, taxes, and incidentals). At check-out, the actual amount incurred during your stay will be charged to your payment card.
